Join FITSTERS Ramadan fitness and nutrition programme. It’s been a long time coming that I have set out to do this, but Alhamdulillah it’s the right time now. I have chosen to create this programme to share with sisters the tips and actions I have taken to be able to maintain my eating habits and movement through out the blessed month of Ramadan with a family.

This programme is to encourage, motivate and inform sisters that no matter what you are busy with; work, business, children, family, life in general we can all create time for our wellbeing.

Changing our subconscious mindset to nurturing this blessing that Allah has given us should be actioned as a form of gratitude, worship and seeking the pleasure of Allah allowing us to change the way we view fitness, nutrition and wellbeing.
